Dear Parent:

The next three pages are the forms that must be submitted to our offices in order for your child(ren) to participate in the camp this year. These are very easy to fill out and submit in this new format. We opted for this manner of submission to contribute to the environment and diminish the use of paper forms.

Please complete all required information.

Robbinsville Recreation will not use the names and email address entered into the forms for any purposes other than those matters related to camp.
