- For better planning and follow-up on everyone's part, you must submit your application to our offices 30 days before your event
- The Recreation Division will contact you regarding your application within three to five business days after submission.
- Due to recent high volume, reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. We will let you know (within three to five business days) if your reservation needs to change.
