Thank you for your interest in reserving facilities through Robbinsville Township. Please review the following policies carefully before submitting your application:

· Application Timeline: To allow sufficient time for planning and review, the Recreation Division accepts facility reservation applications up to six (6) months in advance and no later than 30 days before the requested reservation date. Applications submitted outside of this timeframe are not guaranteed and will need special approval from the Recreation Manager.

· Application Review & Response Time: You will be contacted within three (3) to five (5) business days after your application is received with an update on its status or to request any additional information.

· Reservation Priority & Modifications: Due to high demand, all reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If modifications to your requested reservation are necessary, you will be notified within three (3) to five (5) business days.

· Cancellations & Refunds: For detailed information regarding cancellations and refunds, please visit www.robbinsville.net/recreation.
